Caroline Springs teenager missing, police seek public help

Police are appealing for public help in finding 13-year-old Te Aroha Fowler.

The Caroline Springs teenager was last seen in the Altona area about 2pm on Wednesday. 

She is a Maori, about 160 centimetres tall, of medium build, and has brown hair and eyes.

Te Aroha was last wearing a black blazer with a Victoria University Secondary College logo on the front left-hand side, white shirt, and a checkered black, white and teal skirt. 

She is known to hang around the Brimbank Shopping Centre and skatepark.
