A truck has crashed into a parked car on the Western Ring Road in St Albans.
Witnesses have told radio station 3AW the car appears to be badly damaged, while the truck has rolled on its side.
A police spokeswoman said the car was parked on the side of the road when it was hit by the truck. It is not known if anyone was in the car at the time.
Two outbound lanes of the Western Ring Road, near Furlong Road, in St Albans have been closed.
It is not yet known if anyone has been injured in the crash.
Emergency services are at the scene.
