Two men have been charged over the murder of Footscray man Kenan Balikel, whose body was found in the boot of a car on Bulla-Diggers Rest Road in October last year.
A Keilor Downs man, 58, was charged with murder on Friday. A Kealba man, 45, was charged with being an accessory to murder.
Both men were expected to face Melbourne Magistrates Court for a remand hearing on Friday afternoon.
The charred remains of Mr Balikel, 42, were found in the boot of his unregistered Peugeot on October 31 last year.
