UPDATE: A blaze in Hillside has burnt down residential fences and set alight a shed. Six MFB firetrucks battled to put it out.
The grass fire in Galli Court started about 2.55pm, and an MFB spokeswoman confirmed it was a result of the hot and windy weather conditions.
