Brimbank schools grants make good sense

Pupils from two Brimbank schools will have their sensory education boosted thanks to two grants from Telstra’s Kids Fund.

Children at St Augustine’s Primary School in Keilor will feel the beat after receiving a $1200 grant that allowed the school to buy a set of African drums.

Parkwood Green Primary School in Hillside also bought sensory toys to engage autistic children.

The schools are two of 625 community non-profit organisations across the country to receive a grant this year.
