Keilor’s Natalie DeBlasis has been heralded as one of the state’s top young artists.
DeBlasis is among 49 artists to have works on show in the National Gallery of Victoria’s annual Top Arts exhibition, which ends on July 20.
Her work, The Four Horsemen, was among those chosen from almost 3000 submissions. The 18-year-old is studying video game design.
