More space for study at Catholic Regional College

Year-9 students at Catholic Regional College in Caroline Springs
have a new space to call their own after a $1.5-million classroom block
was officially opened by Gorton MP Brendan O’Connor on September 3.

Funded by the federal government’s capital grants project, the building
includes classrooms, an office and a break-out space.

Principal Kate
Dishon said students were very happy with the building.
“When we were designing the building we wanted a space that would
provide us with the greatest flexibility, and this has certainly been
achieved.”
