Yusuf Mustafa will break the fast on Sunday evening with a few dates and a glass of water, alongside about 250 other people at Sunshine mosque.
On behalf of the Cyprus Turkish Islamic Community, Mr Mustafa is inviting all Brimbank residents to a special iftar dinner hosted by the mosque.
Iftar is the evening meal that breaks the daytime fast during the month of Ramadan.
Mr Mustafa said those attending the feast will include St Albans MP Natalie Suleyman, Calwell MP Maria Vamvakinou, members of the Turkish Consulate of Melbourne and the North Cyprus Turkish Consulate, and Brimbank police.
Sunshine Crazy Kebabs will cook up a smorgasbord of traditional dishes, including kebabs, rice, lentil soup, tulumba, dates, salad, tea and coffee. Starts at 4.30pm, strictly RSVP.
