St Albans students to celebrate Brimbank’s cultural diversity

More than 450 St Albans students will celebrate Brimbank’s cultural diversity through food, dance and music.

Victoria University Secondary College’s annual Multicultural Day on September 2 will demonstrate the creativity of the school’s year 12 VCAL students and the Good Shepherd Youth Movement program.

“There will be plenty of food and music from our students’ Pacific Island, Indian, African and Macedonian backgrounds,” Good Shepherd organiser Angela Scarpaci said.

“We’ll also have a few professional artists to really set the vibe and plenty of face painting. Multicultural Day is a whole-of-school celebration.”
