Spring into summer with a series of activities designed to get you movin’ and groovin’.
Melton council’s highly popular six-week Get Active program is back this year, with a number of activities planned until November 27.
Melton council chief executive Kel Tori encouraged everyone to get outdoors, get active and have fun.
“Council takes the health and wellbeing of residents seriously, which is why we deliver programs that strive to address the key health issues that affect our municipality,” Mr Tori said. “Get Active in the City of Melton is a really popular program that offers a wide range of activities that appeal to a broad cross-section of the community.
“Plus, with sessions being held in Melton West, Taylors Hill, Diggers Rest, Kurunjang, Caroline Springs and Melton South, no one will have to travel too far to get involved.”
