Pho Fever heats up Sunshine

Sunshine will celebrate the wonderful culinary traditions of Vietnam next month when Pho Fever hits.

Pho Fever aficionados enjoy contemporary and traditional Vietnamese cuisine, including pho – pronounced fur, as in the French feu – a popular noodle soup.

Starting off at Phu Vinh Restaurant, foodies can talk to chefs from four Vietnamese restaurants within Sunshine’s central precinct, and hear personal stories behind this dish, and cuisine.

Pho Fever, which sold out the past three years, is on March 6, 5, 10 and 11.
