Love abounds at Brimbank Animal Expo

Award-winning bunnies, fancy rats and ferrets, birds of all kinds, exotic cats and demonstrations by Disco Dogs and Howling Huskies from Yappy Hour TV were just a sample of the main attractions at another successful Brimbank Animal Expo at the Westvale Community Centre at St Albans on Saturday.

The expo pulled in pet lovers from near and far, and veterinarians were there to give them free, handy tips on pet care. As well as the many stalls, a jumping castle, animal farm, informative talks and demonstrations, Brimbank council staff were kept busy registering desexed and microchipped pets for free.
