Quartz sets a high standard

When Muhammad Awais launched Quartz Auto Care, his aim was to provide consistently top-notch vehicle repairs and servicing on all makes and models, while keeping the costs transparent and as affordable as possible.

Muhammad has clearly succeeded in his aim, because Quartz – a VACC member – has now been going strong for 12 years. He attributes the Ravenhall businesses success to surrounding himself with a team of experts, all of whom are qualified automotive technicians.

Another ingredient is Muhammad’s focus on customer satisfaction with his trustworthy approach, a guarantee on all repairs and services, and upfront quotes with no hidden charges.

“Our team takes real pride in their work, with professionalism and high work standards at the forefront,” Muhammad says. “We’re a friendly bunch as well, happy to have a chat with our clients as they have a coffee while they wait in our modern premises.

“Our state-of-the-art workshop is fully equipped to ensure vehicles receive only the best care and attention – and when the repair job’s complete, we return the car washed and ready to hit the road with six months’ roadside assistance.”
