A vision realised: 143 Opie Road, Albanvale, 3021

This house is a case of a vision being realised.

The property’s front yard has been transformed into a traditional Japanese rock garden, complete with rocks, water features, manicured bushes, moss, pruned trees and a gravel area raked to represent ripples in water – just as tradition dictates.

Step inside and enter a world where all requirements are catered for and where the living zones just keep unfolding.

First there is the carpeted front sitting room with timber cathedral ceilings and a gas fireplace.

Up the contemporary timber staircase, a multi-purpose landing with floating floors is currently used as a gym.

The first of four bedrooms follow. All have huge built-in robes and there is a hidden powder room.

Back down the stairs, a tiled open-style living area is currently housing a medium-sized pool table.

The kitchen is huge and has stainless-steel appliances, great natural light and remote-controlled shades.

The meals area is also on the large side, with a big, square 16-seater table fitting easily within the space.

The lounge room has timber cathedral ceilings, a plumbed bar and dimensions that encourage relaxation.

Three further bedrooms follow, past the large laundry with built-in cabinetry and separate powder room.

Two of these bedrooms have built-in robes, one with direct access to the wrap around under-cover deck that leads to inviting outdoor entertaining spaces.

The main and fourth bedroom is
large, carpeted and has access to the deck.

The en suite has gloss tiling, feature light fittings, a free-standing plunge bath, a white 2pac floating vanity and a double-length shower. The walk-in robe was made to measure and has elegant storage options.

Outside, a studio has been insulated and transformed into a theatre room. A built-in projector is part of the package.

The three-car garage includes a man cave with loads of storage for toys and tools and a plumbed kitchenette.

Alarm, CCTV, intercom and many more features combine to create a house that ticks all the boxes.
