Who is vandalising Yarraville’s parking meters?

Star Weekly understands at least five of the machines were smashed overnight Wednesday, rendering them inoperable, The vandalism follows the filling with Liquid Nails construction adhesive of the coin and credit card slots of about a dozen of the machines last week.
