VTCA: Keilor come up short again in senior division

Keilor is stuck at the bottom of the Victorian Turf Cricket Association senior division after yet another loss.

The Blues were soundly beaten by 55 runs by the visiting Yarraville Club at Robert Bruce Reserve.

Run making has been an issue for the Blues all season and 122 from 40 overs at a tick over three an over was never likely to trouble the star-studded Clubbers batting line-up.

Hans Fernando made the most of his promotion to the Blues first XI with 47 before he was run out.

Shaun Guerra got another start with 22, but failed to go on with it.

Yarraville Club finished with 8-177 off its 40 overs to win convincingly.
