Sunshine Hospital will welcome hundreds of families for a free community open day on Sunday, October 13.
‘Open Sunshine’ will include music and entertainment, childrens’ activities, health and well-being workshops and behind-the-scenes tours from 11am to 3pm.
There will be a jumping castle, face painting, roving entertainers, food stalls, maternity information sessions and a toy hospital where children can bring their sick toys to visit the doctor.
Residents can have free check-ups and listen to talks on topics such as nutrition and healthy ageing.
