ST ALBANS Secondary College students like Maria (pictured) got inventive, including bouncy boxing, a dunking stool and netball game against the teachers in a mini-festival fundraiser at the school on Friday.
Student leadership co-ordinator Naomi Thyer said other highlights included a student-run cafe, giant-chess games, tree planting, and face-painting.
School bands performed and students enjoyed pizza, fairy floss and a barbecue.
Money raised went to State Schools Relief, a charity providing disadvantaged students with school uniforms and shoes.
