BUPA Aged Care resident Catalina (pictured) kicked up her heels and sang along to some old favourites during a dance challenge last week.
The annual event in Sunshine encourages residents to enjoy the physical and social benefits of dance.
General manager Annette McLean says residents always looked forward to the annual dance event.
“It’s a great opportunity for the residents to reminisce and relive the music and dance of their younger days. Singing and dancing is great for people of all abilities.”
