KEILOR Downs police are seeking information about a violent robbery at Keilor Plains railway station on July 7.
A man, 22, was waiting for a train about 12.30pm when he was approached by two men.
Police said one of them punched the victim in the face more than 30 times before stealing his phone.
The two men were seen leaving the station in a green EF or EB Falcon sedan.
One man was wearing a red baseball cap and red and white checked shirt and was of Islander appearance.
The other was dressed in a blue top and jeans and was of Caucasian appearance.
