Albion housing plan ‘appropriate’

BRIMBANK Council has approved plans to build three dwellings in Albion, despite the application failing to meet planning scheme requirements.

The application for two single-storey and one double-storey dwelling at 15 McLean Street was passed after administrator Meredith Sussex said it was an appropriate use of the land.
