A FESTIVAL of sports will be held in Brimbank next month.
Council chairman John Watson said the May 8 event was a chance for the community to see what local sports clubs had to offer.
“The council will be teaming up with local and state sports clubs and organisations and disability services to provide everyone, particularly people living with a disability, with the opportunity to try their hand at a range of sports.
”No matter what your fitness or ability, there will be something there for everyone, from gymnastics and Zumba to cricket and balloon football.”
The Festival of Sport is from 10am-2.30pm at West Sunshine Community Centre, 25 Kermeen Street, West Sunshine.
