BRIMBANK council is hosting a men’s health day next month. It will feature former AFL player and coach Tom Hafey, who will share advice on how to stay motivated and keep fit.
There will also be an on-site fitness session and barbecue at Westvale Community Centre, 45 Kings Road, St Albans, 10am-3pm on June 12.
