RESIDENTS can build leadership skills through a community program in September.
The council-run course is for adults who live, work or study in Calder Park, Delahey, Keilor Downs, Keilor North, Sydenham and parts of Hillside, Keilor, Keilor Park, Keilor Lodge, Keilor East, Tullamarine, or Taylors Lakes.
