Shane Rayment has been named as the head coach of the Burnside Heights Bears.
The Bears have been elevated into the senior ranks of the Essendon District Football League, making their arrival next season.
Bears president Justin Peagram said Rayment has “great
credentials” with more than 15 years of coaching experience in the EDFL
and the Western Region Football League.
“With a strong passion for local football both at junior and
senior levels, the Bears are extremely confident that he is the right
person to lead the club into the senior ranks in the EDFL,” Peagram
said.
“The Bears and our ever growing playing list are very excited to
begin work with Shane over the coming months and wish him every success
with the development of our first senior team.”
