Cairnlea and Western Suburbs were among the winners in the fourth round of state league 1 north-west division.
Cairnlea whipped Fitzroy 4-0, while Western Suburbs beat Fawkner 4-2. Sydenham Park and Altona Magic played a 1-1 draw and Keilor Park lost to Westgate 3-1.
In state league 2 north-west, Westvale and Hume United played a 2-2 draw, while North Sunshine beat Sporting Whittlesea 3-0.
In state league 4 west, Brimbank Stallions lost 4-2 to Hoppers Crossing and in state league 5 west, Lara beat Keilor Wolves 2-1.
