A Sunshine North company has been fined for burning industrial waste on site twice last year despite being warned three times by the Environmental Protection Agency.
“This instruction was blatantly disregarded so the issuing of a Penalty Infringment Notice was supported,” an EPA spokesperson said.
Regal Demolition, Excavation and Bin Hire has 28 days to pay the fine
