NAIDOC Week was celebrated from July 7 to July 14. The celebrations kicked off at the Brimbank Community and Civic Centre on Monday, July 8, with events held at neighbourhood houses across the municipality throughout the week. This year’s theme was Keep the Fire Burning! Blak, Loud & Proud. Star Weekly photographer’s Ljubica Vrankovic and Damjan Janevski were on hand to capture the best parts of the week, including boomerang painting.
