Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal crash in Braybrook on Sunday, June 30.
Emergency services were called to report a car had crashed into a tree on Ballarat Road about 1.05pm.
The driver of the vehicle died at the scene and is yet to be formally identified.
Both passengers were taken to the hospital with critical injuries.
The exact circumstances surrounding the crash are yet to be determined and investigations remain ongoing.
