The Environment Protection Authority (EPA) Victoria has laid charges on Glen Ora Estate Pty Ltd and both company directors, Ronald Silverstein and Robert Apostoloff.
The case involves the alleged dumping of industrial waste at Solomon Heights estate in Sunshine North, between February 24, 2021, and September 16, 2021.
It is alleged amongst the industrial waste was category B contaminated soil that included asbestos material, waste glass, brick and tiles.
The company and directors have also been charged with contravening a clean-up notice.
The case was investigated by the EPA, and the charges are due to come up for first mention at the Broadmeadows Magistrates Court on August 10.
