Police are investigating an assault in Braybrook on Friday, July 28.
Police have been told a 15-year-old Sunshine West boy was approached by two males on Churchill Avenue about 3.30pm on Friday.
The males said something to the boy before they produced machetes and threatened the victim, police said.
The boy ran from the offenders and was chased for a short distance before the offenders gave up and ran off towards Sunshine Railway Station.
Police have made a number of inquires in relation to the matter but at this stage no arrests have been made.
