A section Tilburn Road, Deer Park, will be closed nightly until Monday, February 13.
The Department of Transport said the road would be closed between Station Road and Fitzgerald Road, from 6.30pm to 6am, as part of level crossing removal works.
Motorists are advised to use Mt Derrimut Road, Boundary Road and Fitzgerald Road instead.
