A person has been found dead following a fire in Sunshine West on Tuesday, January 17.
Emergency services were called to a fire at a residence above a commercial property on Glengala Road about 4.20pm.
Police said a body was found inside the residence.
A man was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
A crime scene has been established and fire investigators are working to determine the cause of the blaze.
