Grass will not be mowed for six weeks at a number of Brimbank parks while Brimbank council conducts an ecological inspection to identify idigenous grassland.
Once these inspections have been completed, mowing will resume within ten days of the end of the ‘no-mow’ period.
These inspections are occurring at 17 parks across a number of suburbs. This includes three in Delahey, three in Taylors Lakes, two in Cairnlea and two in Sydenham.
