Four teenagers were arrested after they allegedly evaded police in a stolen car travelling through Brimbank on Wednesday morning.
Police attempted to intercept the white stolen Suzuki Swift at the intersection of Derrimut Road and Sayers Road in Tarneit just before 11am.
The female driver allegedly sped off and was followed by police on the ground with the assistance of the Air Wing helicopter through Werribee, Melton and Sunshine.
The car was finally dumped in Village Avenue in Taylors Lakes where two boys and two girls, were arrested at about 11.50am.
The driver, a 17-year-old girl, her female passenger aged 14, and two male passengers aged 15 and 12 are all currently in custody.
