Investigation ongoing into the death of St Albans man

Police investigations are continuing into the death of a St Albans man on Wednesday night.

Police have advised that two men were arrested in relation to the death with one of the men released without charge.

A 33-year-old Meadow Heights man remains in custody for further questioning by police.

The 49-year-old St Albans man who died at the Emily Street nature strip on Wednesday, July 6 at about 11.45pm was initially reported to be in his 20s.

Police have advised that they believe the individuals involved were known to each other.
