Brimbank council will mark NAIDOC Week with a flag raising ceremony on Wednesday, July 6, 10-11.30am at the Brimbank Community and Civic Centre.
The event will include a Welcome to Country and Smoking Ceremony performed by Uncle Shane Charles, a flag raising ceremony and musical entertainment by First Nations singer-songwriter Pirritu (Brett Lee).
