Works will occur in and around Deer Park station as the removal of the Mt Derrimut Road level crossing continues.
Track and electrical work will occur near Robinsons Road between June 28 and July 8.
As part of the works, about 250 car parking spaces at the station will be closed until late 2023.
V/Line Caroline Springs shuttle and rail replacement bus stops and changes to the passenger pick-up-drop off zone will also occur.
There will be ongoing lane closures at times on Station and Tilburn roads, Railway Parade and Railway Parade South.
There will also be minor pedestrian detours in place from this week until late 2022.
