Homicide Squad detectives have charged a man following the death of a Brooklyn man yesterday.
Police arrested the 45-year-old man, who had no fixed address, in Seddon yesterday afternoon.
Detectives interviewed the man and charged him with murder.
The charge followed on from an incident on Wednesday, April 27, in which a 60-year-old Brooklyn man was located deceased inside a Primula Avenue address just after 3.30am.
The man will face Melbourne Magistrates Court today.
