Meanwhile, St Albans had its best performance of the season, knocking off ladder leaders Aberfeldie.
The Saints made 6-189 from their overs with Simon Lambert top scoring with 59. Sohan Boralessa was the pick of the bowlers with 2-33.
Abers got off to a poor start and were soon in trouble at 4-31. With the exception of Craig Sheedy no one was able to get going.
Abers were bowled out for 159. Shanaka Silva took 3-18 off his seven overs.
The Saints sit in sixth spot.
Sunshine United was easily accounted for by Yarraville Club. The Tigers made 8-144, with the Clubbers finishing 1-145 in reply.
The Clubbers, who sit in second, are now only percentage behind Aberfeldie.
In the other matches, Druids beat bottom side Doutta Stars, while Haig Fawkner were too good for Craigieburn.
In division 1, Deer Park continued its unbeaten run, this time beating St Francis de Sales.
Deer Park made 9-218 before restricting St Francis to 8-192.
Tullamarine had a good win against PEGS.
The Demons made 7-181 from their overs with Gihan Kankanamge top scoring with 57 before being run out.
Pishan Hewage took three wickets for PEGS.
PEGS never really got going in the run chase and were soon in trouble at 6-56. The wickets continued to fall, with PEGS bowled out for 120.
Thameera Adikarinayake starred with the ball, taking 5-16 off his eight overs.
The Demons now sit seventh, two games outside the top four.
Sunshine suffered a disappointing loss to bottom side West Coburg. Sunshine was bowled out for 141 in the 36th over.
Thilina Masmulla top scored with 48.
West Coburg got off to a flier with the bat putting on 109 for the first wicket. While both openers fell in quick succession, West Coburg continued on finishing 2-144.
The Crows sit in sixth, six points outside the top four.
In other results, Seddon defeated Airport West St Christophers and Altona North beat Altona Roosters.
In division 3, Grand United had a massive win against Werribee Centrals, Sunshine Heights was too good for Laverton, East Keilor beat Footscray United, Sunbury accounted for Pascoe Vale Hadfield in a low scoring affair and Williamstown Imperials won against Point Cook.
