Signings continue for Sunshine

The signings continue for Sunshine ahead of the Western Region Football League division 1 season.

The Kangaroos were busy before the Christmas break and have since announced another three signings.

Tom Hofert makes the move down from Queensland. Hofert was a development player with the Gold Coast Suns Victorian Football League team last season.

He played one NAB League game and one VFL game for the Suns.

Joining him at the Kangaroos is Kyabram duo Stephen Drake and Nick Coulstock. The pair were travelling from Melbourne to Kyabram to play each week.

Other signings that were previously announced, include midfielder Ethan Jackson is making the move from Tasmania and is set to be aligned with Werribee’s Victorian Football League side.

Tom Mundy, who was 23rd man in Williamstown’s VFL grand final in 2019, has signed on full time.

Another former VFL player Hisham Kerbatieh as well as Taygen Dennison, Lachie Williams, Jack Ballantyne and Adeola Akintola are among other signings.

Among the re-signings for the Kangaroos Declan Moloney, Joseph Tahche, Belal Abou-Eid, Patrick O’Keefe, Haydn Hector, Daniel Torcia, Harrison Minett, Shaun Kostizen, Mars Lester, Jordan Davis, Jarryd Scotland, Charly Williams, Dylan Appleby, Trent Waring, Kyle Wilson, Max Weise, Nick McKay, Matt Wilkie and Jason Kostizen.
