Feedback on car parks at train stations wanted

The state government is seeking feedback on car parking at train stations to help shape the Car Parks for Commuters program.

More than 11,000 new or upgraded car parks at railway stations have been upgraded as part of the program.

The government is seeking feedback to will help better understand travel needs and preferences, and how you get to and from the station.

The program is also evaluating a range of technology and infrastructure opportunities to make using carparks more convenient, while enhancing sustainability outcomes and commuter experience

With many people’s travel patterns changing through the pandemic, the survey will look at what people did before the pandemic and what it might look like into the future.

The survey closes on January 30.
