The new Spotlight store in Burnside opened its doors on Monday morning.
The store which has been relocated from Watergardens, covers more than 3500 square
metres and includes all of the usual high quality fabric, craft, party, home interiors, curtains, and blinds.
The store is located at the old Masters site at the new Burnside Park Hub and will be the hub’s biggest store.
The hub is being built adjacent from the Burnside Hub Shopping Centre.
Spotlight Burnside store manager Jaimie Cohen said they were very excited to open the relocated new and improved store.
“We are really looking forward to opening our newly relocated doors in Burnside after a tough few months for retail in Victoria, and are excited to safely welcome customers into our brand new store and provide approximately 54 jobs to locals,” she said.
The hub will also feature up to five large format retail outlets complemented by 400 car parks.
