Seniors step out for fitness

Join a free exercise class for people 50 and older each Tuesday morning from 9.30-10.30am at Westvale Community Centre. The class includes basic exercise, Pilates and yoga.

A night for know-it-alls

Brimbank State Emergency Service is hosting a trivia night on Friday, November 28, at Westend Market Hotel, 47 McIntyre Road, Sunshine from 7.30pm. The night will include raffles, auctions and games. Tickets cost $16 or $100 for a table of 10. Bring your own food and snacks; drinks at bar prices.

Springs fashion statement

Quest Caroline Springs and CS Square are helping racegoers refine their style with a Spring Carnival fashion parade at CS Square from 4-6pm on Thursday, October 16. The first 50 people who register for a VIP seat prior to the event will receive a free gift bag.
