A fire outside a factory in Sunshine North is being treated as suspicious.
Fire Rescue Victoria received a number of calls this morning about a fire in West Moreland Road, Sunshine North about 3.53am.
Crews were confronted with what appeared to be a large fire, about 20 metres by 10 metres, outside a building, which was being threatened by the blaze.
The fire initially involved three cars and a pile of rubbish. Another four cars were also impacted by the fire.
Crews prevented the fire from getting into the factory and deemed the fire under control just after 4am.
Police will investigate.
