This could prove a perfect fit for those who enjoy the finer things in life.

It’s owner-built and beautifully crafted with nothing but top quality materials – and sets a Cairnlea benchmark for luxury living.

Riverstone garden beds planted with yucca, slate pavers and a manicured turfed backyard create low-maintenance surrounds which are complemented by tranquil parkland scenery across the road.

Behind its slick two-storey rendered facade lies a flexible layout spread over 40 squares which delivers multiple options for living, dining and entertainment, inside and out.

Starting at ground level, entry is into a huge family-meals area centred on a stunning jarrah staircase with stainless-steel baluster. The room flows into the kitchen towards the rear which has quality Kleenmaid 900mm freestanding oven, rangehood, dishwasher, integrated coffee machine and microwave, and a large island bench topped with 60mm Caesarstone.

The white and charcoal colour palette is anchored by Western Australian karri floorboards throughout.

Through sliding doors, there’s a large study (to the right of entry) which can be

used as a guest bedroom if desired. A hall off the kitchen leads to four big bedrooms including the spacious main with a walk-in wardrobe and deluxe, fully tiled en suite with a floating twin-basin vanity unit fixed to an island concealing a walk-in shower on one side and toilet on the other.

Other bedrooms, with a mix of walk-in and built-in wardrobes, are served by the main bathroom which also has twin vanity basins.

Upstairs is completely dedicated to entertainment and relaxation in the ultimate man cave – and, fitted with a bar with built-in fridge and beer tap dispenser, a powder room and private balcony
access, is perfect for any type of family gathering.

If entertaining in the outdoors is more your thing, then step through wide bifold doors from the living hub into the sheltered outdoor area with merbau decking, a spa, ceiling fans, water feature and gas facilities for a barbecue.

Additional creature comforts are ducted heating, refrigerated cooling, alarm, gas wall heater and a double garage with rear access, sink and ample storage space.
