Luxury lifestyle: 7 Newland Walk, Cairnlea, 3023

It’s hard to go past this immaculate four-bedroom house where slimline bricks, stone and manicured front yard merge in an on-trend, yet timeless facade.

Matte cream floor tiles in the entrance hall are inlaid with a pebble pattern, but this smart and neutral touch doesn’t overwhelm and instead allows the rest of the house’s features and size to shine.

Just past the lounge room – embellished with panels in the walls – there is a breezy, central living zone integrating meals, kitchen and sitting room.

A space likely to tempt any cook, the kitchen has a butler’s pantry and a window between the cabinets and stove top gives views of a soothing outer landscape and fountain. There is also a waterfall style L-shaped breakfast bar that’s made even more luminous by three pendant lights.

Nearby, the lounge has a caramel-toned feature wall with a gas fireplace, display shelves and recessed lighting.

The dining room also has an impressive lighting feature while sliding doors look out to the under-roofline, entertainment space.

Here, sand-toned rendering and embellishments evoke dining out in Morocco. This zone extends to a decked area under shade sail that’s bordered with planter boxes containing colourful flowers and native grass trees, pebbles and a smart timber feature screen.

The fourth bedroom – easily a guest retreat – also looks out on this beautiful space and has the same high-quality carpets covering as the other bedrooms. There is a central bathroom finished in crisp white, and stone patterns in the shower cubicle tiles complement the entry hall floors.

The main bedroom, has a majestic feature wall, smartly concealing mirrored built-in robes. Its en suite has floor to ceiling tiles in mocha, double basins floating atop a glimmering vanity, mirrors and recessed shelves and a toilet behind a sliding door.

Other attractions include a double garage, ducted heating, secure gates, an alarm system and intercom.
