IN FOCUS: Victory wins over business in the west

A lack of quality office space in the centre of Sunshine was a major catalyst for Victory Offices to open an impressive new building offering flexible premium office spaces, to support businesses of all sizes.

Launched on October 10, the CBD-style offices have a range of six-star private, coworking, meeting rooms, activity and breakout areas.

This latest Sunshine asset, delivered by Victory, an Australian conglomerate operating in four continents, meets demand head-on, according to chief executive Dan Baxter.

“We specialise in creating environments that foster business growth, collaboration and success. We are dedicated to our clients’ businesses because their success is our success,” Mr Baxter says. “We are thrilled to be entering a new market with our new Sunshine location.

“These offices will be of enormous assistance to business people who are tired of city commuting in order to get the best.”

The Sunshine site delivers state-of-the-art architectural styling, contemporary fit-outs and, most importantly, cutting edge IT design and capability. Striving for excellence in all areas is a hallmark of Victory Offices, a multi-award winner, including 2017 Australian Business Award Service Excellence and 2018 ABA Customer Excellence.

Mr Baxter says Victory has created a smarter, hassle-free and convenient service for members.

“We make life easier for our clients who are freed up to focus on the bigger picture of establishing or growing their businesses. They get flexible lease terms and no lock-in contracts.

“They receive onsite personalised continuous support from an experienced team who provide IT support, receptionist, mail, concierge and PA services. This is all designed to remove any barriers to business success.

“We define our success contingent upon the success of our members and those who we partner with. It is our genuine wish for our members to succeed and we take pride in the role we play.

“Competitors may deliver a comparable service, but none can demonstrate a complete dedication to helping a member get on the path towards success.”

Anyone who wants to have a peek at what’s going on at this new powerhouse can call to organise a tour.

In the meantime, here is what Craig Rowley, chief executive of Lead West, had to say about Victory Offices.

“Victory’s investment in the heart of Australia’s fastest growing region is welcome. Sunshine is rising, moving beyond its industrial past and re-emerging as one of Melbourne’s great centres.”

Victory Offices, Level 5, 12 Clarke Street, Sunshine. Opens 8.30am-5.30pm Monday-Friday. Inquiries: 1300 788 292 or visit victoryoffices.com.au
