Charges after church theft

A Werribee man has been charged following the theft of donations from a church in Avondale Heights on January 12. The 57-year-old Werribee man has been charged with two counts of theft and one count of burglary, and has been bailed to appear at the Werribee Magistrates’ Court on June 13.

Wyndham Vale sex counts

A Wyndham Vale man has been charged with five counts of sexual assault and one count of false imprisonment after the alleged sexual assault of a number of women in Wyndham earlier this month. The 23-year-old man fronted Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on Thursday night.

Blood wanted

The Australian Red Cross Blood Service has appealed for Wyndham residents to donate blood. Call 13 14 95 or visit donateblood.com.au to make an appointment.

Camp dogs on show
