Police release vision following Sunshine hit-run

Brimbank Highway Patrol has released CCTV vision of a vehicle wanted  following a hit-run collision in Sunshine which left 29-year-old nurse Shanne Doktor-Naron with serious injuries.

Ms Doktor-Naron had finished her shift and was crossing Furlong Road in North Sunshine about 9.50pm on Monday, January 8, when a dark-coloured utility went through a red light and struck her.

The vehicle continued without stopping to render assistance.

Police wish to speak with the driver of the dark grey late model Ford XR ute depicted in the CCTV vision.

Detectives say the vehicle would have received quite an amount of damage to the left front passenger-side panel.
